Contact form: If you contact us via the contact form, your name, your e-mail address, optionally your telephone number and your message will be collected. The form is provided by GoHighLevel (GHL), a third-party provider based in the USA. The data will only be used to process your inquiry and will be deleted once the correspondence has been concluded, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.

Making an appointment: When you make an appointment, we store your name, contact details, appointment details and treatment information. This data is required to carry out the treatment and to fulfill contractual obligations.

Treatment documentation: As a medical masseur, I am obliged to document treatment-related data - including medical history, course of treatment and billing information. These documents are kept for 10 years in accordance with legal requirements.
